Any formal partnership arrangement — including commission agreements, listing terms and content approvals — is agreed separately through direct communication between Levistay and the relevant hotel.

2. No Guarantee of Listing

Submitting an expression of interest through this website does not guarantee that your property will be listed in the Levistay collection. Every property is assessed individually against our five-point curation standard. Levistay reserves the right to decline any expression of interest without obligation to provide detailed reasons.

Properties that do not currently qualify may be reconsidered in future if circumstances change. Levistay will communicate its assessment honestly and personally in every case.

3. Confidentiality

Any property information, rate information, occupancy data or business details shared with Levistay through this website or subsequent communications is treated as strictly confidential. Levistay will not share this information with competing hotels, third-party platforms or any external party without your explicit written consent.

We request the same courtesy in return — the terms, rates and processes discussed during any partnership conversation with Levistay are to be treated as confidential by the hotel.

4. Commission Agreements

Any commission arrangement between Levistay and a partner hotel is agreed separately in writing — not through this website. Commission rates, payment schedules and booking tracking processes are confirmed via direct email correspondence between Levistay and the partner hotel’s designated contact.

The submission of an expression of interest through this website does not constitute agreement to any specific commission rate.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on partners.levistay.com — including text, design, photography and editorial content — is the intellectual property of Levistay or is used with appropriate permission. You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Property descriptions, images and information provided by hotels to Levistay for the purpose of creating a property listing are used with the hotel’s permission and remain the property of the hotel.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
